Kat Graham Layered White Pixie Cut - Visual Story

Description

Kat Graham always looks magnificent but this fun, eccentric pixie cut is a style we did not know we needed in our lives! Your hair will look and feel fuller at this length, thanks to the tousled layers, which provide a lot of structure. The side-swept fringe will frame your exquisite cheeks and the pokey ends will contour your face attractively. The color for this style is always gorgeous and trending at the moment. The color helps to brighten up her face and is something you need to try at least once! You'll need to cut your hair every 4 weeks or so to keep it in shape and ensure that the color stays in place. If you're going to add color, you'll need to touch up your color every 6 weeks or so to keep the color vibrant and prevent your roots from showing through.

For a flirty fun look try going for a reverse cat eye in either nudes or bright colors. Pair it with nude or bright red lipstick. Ensure that you complete this look with blush and contouring as you need to add shape back to your face. Fill in your brows and your new look is complete.

Styling Steps

1. Part to the Left

step 1

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your left eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even left part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.

2. Blow-dry Bangs to the Left

step 2

To blow-dry your bangs you will need to take your brush and firstly make sure the section is no wider than the diameter of the brush. Next, place your brush on top of your head and under your section. Using your blow-dryer on a medium setting, blow-dry your hair from the roots, slowly working your way to the ends. Make sure to keep the blow-dryer in front of the brush at all times. Continue this step until the bangs are completely dry.

3. Blow-dry Straight Back

step 3

Using your brush, blow-dry in small sections starting from the nape/back. Tilting your head forward, place the brush an inch below the roots to hold them taut and aim the dryer above the brush for a few seconds before continuing to the ends.

4. Blow-dry Straight on the Sides

step 4

Using your brush, blow-dry in small sections starting from the sides. Tilting your head forward, place the brush an inch below the roots to hold them taut and aim the dryer above the brush for a few seconds before continuing to the ends. Repeat this step on a new section directly above the dry one.

5. Pinch Hair for Texture Using Gel

step 5

Apply gel to your fingertips and then pinch small clumps of hair in an up and forward motion. For a messier look, pinch the clumps in different directions.
