This long-haired, curly look is curvy in all the right places! The two tones give this look some life and make you turn your head as the curls bounce throughout the town. This might look like a hard hairstyle to pull off but it is really easy and some hairspray will help keep the curls locked in and ready to party for the rest of the day. The nice thing about this look is that it is casual but you can also pull it off as a formal look as well. Even though the highlights are only from midway of the hair, you are still going to need to touch up your color every 6 weeks or so to ensure that the color does not fade too much. The color is going to tie this whole look together but you can play around with some other colors that might suit your personality better. I (a hairstylist) currently have this look with blue and purple throughout the tips of my hair.
Even though the path is down the middle, the curls contour the cheekbone area so glasses will not work so well with this look.
You do not need to do a lot with your makeup as your hair is going to be statement enough to carry through your dramatic side. A natural makeup application with a smokey eye and some nice, long lashes and you will be good to go!

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your nose and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even middle part. A middle part is a great way to make small, round face shapes appear longer and thinner.
Take a small section of hair and place the ends at the base of your curling iron barrel and then wrap the hair up around the barrel until you reach your mid-lengths. Hold the hair for 5 to 10 seconds and then release the hair by unwinding the strands backwards.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
