Debbie Ryan was a Disney Star princess and now that she is all grown up, and her hairstyle is a classic style that took the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards by storm! The bangs help to frame her face and soften the edges because they are curled. Her curls are defined and big which creates amazing volume and movement in her hair. Whenever you curl your hair, you want to make sure that you curl them tightly in the morning. As you move around, your curls tend to lose their strength, so you'll still have waves at the end of the day. Once your curls are perfect, spray on some hairspray to secure them. To keep your haircut in shape and for the coloring to stick to your hair properly, you should cut your hair once every four weeks. To keep the color vibrant, and to prevent your roots from showing, touch up your coloring every six weeks or so if you have added color.
Makeup-wise, Debbie has done a wing liner which looks amazing! You can add natural lashes to make your eyes pop more or you can go with a simple eye shadow application. Finish off your makeup with a gorgeous lip color, some highlighter, and contouring and you are ready for your day out with your friends.

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your nose and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even middle part. A middle part is a great way to make small, round face shapes appear longer and thinner.
2. Curl Mid-lengths and Ends with a Curling Iron
Take a small section of hair and place the ends at the base of your curling iron barrel and then wrap the hair up around the barrel until you reach your mid-lengths. Hold the hair for 5 to 10 seconds and then release the hair by unwinding the strands backwards.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
