Virginie Efira Long Straight Layered Light Blonde Bob Haircut with Side Swept Bangs

Added: 12 Sep 2021
Virginie Efira is sharing with us a great go-to hairstyle from the 78th Venice Film Festival that is easy to style and maintain. Her hair has been styled straight. Prior to straightening your hair, you'll need a heat-resistant serum so your hair will benefit from this protection against the heat produced by your hair iron. Once your hair is styled, spray some hairspray on to keep it looking stylish. Additionally, flyaway hair can be prevented when having hairspray. The one downside to this style is that glasses will not suit this look due to the way in which the bangs fall over her eye and cheekbone area. To ensure that the color sticks to your hair and that your cut remains in shape, you'll need to cut your hair every 4 to 6 weeks. In addition to adding color, be sure to touch up the color every 6 weeks or so in order to keep the color vibrant and prevent your roots from showing through.

When it comes to your makeup application, you want to try and keep it as natural as possible. Do not forget to style your eyebrows as well as this hairstyle will make your eyebrows stick out. Finish your look with a gorgeous gloss and you are good to go!

step 1

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your right eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even right part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.

step 2

Squeeze a small amount of straightening balm into your palms and then rub your hands together before smoothing the product evenly through damp hair.

step 3

When straightening your hair, first make sure that your hair is completely dry. Then, section your hair off starting from the back/nape using a comb. Straighten your hair starting from the roots and working your way down to the ends using your comb as your guide. Make sure not to leave the straightening iron in one spot for more than 3 seconds. step 4

To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
