This is a gorgeous yet simple hairstyle to style at home. Kristin Cavallari is showing us that sometimes simple and less is better when it comes to your hairstyle. The waves add movement and bounce to her hair which is great. The color is also magnificent! It is simple and natural-looking and yet it makes a big difference to the overall look of the hairstyle. Keep in mind when you are curling your hair, you need to make sure that you curl it tight in the morning so that by the end of the day you still have some waves in your hair as they do tend to drop throughout the day.
You are going to need to cut your hair once every 4 weeks or so to ensure that your hair stays healthy and that the color sticks well to your hair. If you are going to add the highlights as well, you will want to touch up your color once every 6 weeks or so to ensure that the color stays vibrant and fresh.
When it comes to your makeup application, you can do a casual makeup application with your browns and golds to keep it looking natural. Do not forget to highlight and contour your face and neck area. Finish off the look with a pastel lip color and you are ready to take on your day.

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your nose and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even middle part. A middle part is a great way to make small, round face shapes appear longer and thinner.
2. Curl Mid-lengths and Ends with a Curling Iron
Take a small section of hair and place the ends at the base of your curling iron barrel and then wrap the hair up around the barrel until you reach your mid-lengths. Hold the hair for 5 to 10 seconds and then release the hair by unwinding the strands backwards.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
