Soft waves shine through the sides and back of this long bob to give this look movement and subtle shape. This casual 'do is easy to re-create with the right tools and needs product to tame fly-away hair. Regular trims will also help maintain a healthy look and feel by preventing split ends.
Bijou Phillips has dainty, expressive facial features and a strong bone structure, which is nicely highlighted by her soft wavy tresses here. Having an oblong face shape, Bijou has a wide, broad forehead to contend with as well as a more vertical shape to her face. Voluminous hairstyles that have lots of body and volume around the jaw and neck area are ideal for her as they balance out her face shape the best. This simple wavy bob does just that for Bijou, while the blunt ends give her hair a thicker appearance. She would look great in bangs as it would give her broad forehead some coverage, however the grown out fringe is working well for her too.
Bijou has a warm skin tone, green eyes and naturally dark brown hair. Here, she goes for a golden blonde tone through the lengths and ends all over. This color brightens up her complexion and gives her an all-over warm glow. The ends are slightly bleached out for a beachy finish.
Bijou Lilly Phillips is an American actress, model, socialite and singer. The daughter of musician John Phillips, she began her career as a model but soon began acting and singing.

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your left eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even left part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.
2. Scrunch Hair Dry with a Diffuser and Fingers
Lift your hair up with your fingers and move the diffuser up to the ends, motioning the diffuser to the scalp in circular movements. Make sure the blow-dryer speed is on low and try not to completely dry the hair off. Leaving a little bit of moisture will allow the hair to dry naturally.
Apply a very small amount of smoothing shine to the palms of your hands and then run it through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Be careful not to add any to the roots or a large amount to any section of the hair as smoothing shine can be very heavy on the hair, weighing it down and making it appear oily.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
