Beachy waves are added to the sides and back of this uniform-length 'do to give this look movement and subtle shape. This casual hairstyle is easy to re-create with the right tools and needs product to tame fly-away hair. Regular trims will also help maintain a healthy look and feel by preventing split ends.
Gigi Hadid has model facial features and a strong bone structure, which is nicely highlighted by her soft wavy tresses here. Having an oval face shape, Gigi has a short, broad forehead, high cheekbones and a rounded chin area. Voluminous hairstyles that have lots of body and volume around the face and neck area are ideal for her as they show off her face shape the best. This simple wavy 'do does just that for Gigi, while the layered ends give her thick hair more finesse. Not much styling is needed here as Gigi's natural waves and texture do the work; only some simple blow-drying and finishing are needed.
Gigi has a golden skin tone, light eyes and natural mousy brown/blonde hair. Here, she goes for her natural tone at the roots, with golden blonde highlights through the lengths and ends. This color brightens up her complexion and gives her an all-over warm glow while bringing out her dazzling blue eyes. This is the ultimate color for a California girl like Gigi and looks great with a tan.

Apply styling mousse to damp hair, using your palm as a measuring guide, and evenly distribute it along the hair shaft. Styling mousse will add hold and can help achieve better results.
Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your nose and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even middle part. A middle part is a great way to make small, round face shapes appear longer and thinner.
Use your hand to scrunch the hair as you blow-dry. Remember to keep the blow-dryer on a low speed and heat setting and to leave some moisture in your hair.
Pick up a small selection of hair from your mid section no bigger than your tail comb. Place your comb at the roots and then comb up and down until the hair is standing up by itself. Continue to the crown and finish at the sides. Repeat this step if you require more volume.
To get your sides to sit out, apply a small amount of wax to your fingertips and then working mainly on the ends, pinch them while dragging the hair in an out and upwards motion. Be careful not to overdo that wax or your result will be a flat and limp style.
