Anne Hathaway brought back a classic hairstyle for the 2022 Cannes Film Festival that is timeless. Her bangs have been parted down the middle to allow the bangs to frame her forehead area evenly on both sides. She curled her hair using a curling iron to give this look texture, volume, and movement. Keep in mind that while curling your hair in the morning or before an occasion, you want to make sure that you curl it securely. Because curls tend to fall out as you walk around, this will ensure that you have waves in your hair at the end of the event. Anne created her own crown fit for a princess with the ends of her hair which create volume and give off the illusion that her hair is fuller than it really is.
Anne has a formal hairstyle but has kept her makeup fairly simple which is a nice change of pace. You can keep things simple like Anne has done or you can glam your makeup up a little bit with a wing liner, smokey eye makeup application and bold lips. No matter which makeup application you decide to do, make sure you contour and highlight your face and neck area to create the illusion of a perfect oval face shape.

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your nose and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even middle part. A middle part is a great way to make small, round face shapes appear longer and thinner.
2. Curl Mid-lengths and Ends with a Curling Iron
Take a small section of hair and place the ends at the base of your curling iron barrel and then wrap the hair up around the barrel until you reach your mid-lengths. Hold the hair for 5 to 10 seconds and then release the hair by unwinding the strands backwards.
Take your section of hair and pull it tightly across to the opposite side and pin it securely into place.
4. Lift Roots Using Moulding Cream
Apply some moulding cream to your fingertips and then rub it into your roots while lifting your strands for added body. Be sure not to use too much moulding cream at the roots as this can result in a glugy and thick uncomfortable feel.
To finish, evenly mist gel spray around the top, sides and back to create a lasting style.
