Katherine Heigl is showing us a great hairstyle for you to choose for any occasion. We love this style because it is easy to do and is great for most hair textures. If you have wavy hair, all you need to do is apply some product to your hair to protect it from the heat of a straightening iron and straighten your hair. Add a bit of hair product to ensure that you do not have flyaway hairs and you are good to go! This style is so easy to style and you are going to love how it frames your face. The hair behind your ear will help to open up your face and show off your gorgeous facial features. The bottom of her hair has been dipped dyed a little bit darker which brings another element of awesomeness to this hairstyle.
You are going to need to cut your hair once every 4 weeks or so to ensure that your ends stay healthy and that the color sticks better to your ends. Makeup-wise, you are going to want to keep things simple and natural. Look for your golds and browns for your eyes and then a nude or pastel colored lip. Finish off your look by highlights and contouring your face and neck area and you are good to go!

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your right eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even right part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.
2. Apply Straightening Balm
Squeeze a small amount of straightening balm into your palms and then rub your hands together before smoothing the product evenly through damp hair.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
4. Use a Straightening Iron
When straightening your hair, first make sure that your hair is completely dry. Then, section your hair off starting from the back/nape using a comb. Straighten your hair starting from the roots and working your way down to the ends using your comb as your guide. Make sure not to leave the straightening iron in one spot for more than 3 seconds.
