Description
There is just so much right with this hairstyle! All we can say is thank you Christina Ricci! Firstly, this bob is the perfect shape and length for her face shape. It frames her face nicely and the way that her bangs fall to the side helps to frame her eye and cheek area which are going to make your eyes pop more when you do your makeup. The blunt cut ties this whole look together and shows that you are decisive, and know what you want and not afraid to get what you deserve. This hairstyle is going to give you a newfound self-pride which we love!
You are going to need to cut your hair once every 4 weeks or so to ensure that the cut and style stays in shape. If you want to take this hairstyle to the next level, then you can add some vibrant colored highlights to your hair which will look amazing in black hair.
Makeup-wise, you can do the same as Christina and have a light smokey eye with a bold colored lip or you can do a natural smokey eye with a colored eyeliner and a gorgeous lip. Either way, make sure that you highlight and contour your face and neck area to ensure that your face is contoured nicely, and that will help create the illusion of a perfect oval face shape. You are going to love this new hairstyle of yours!

Styling Steps
Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your left eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even left part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.
2. Apply Straightening Balm
Squeeze a small amount of straightening balm into your palms and then rub your hands together before smoothing the product evenly through damp hair.
3. Use a Straightening Iron
When straightening your hair, first make sure that your hair is completely dry. Then, section your hair off starting from the back/nape using a comb. Straighten your hair starting from the roots and working your way down to the ends using your comb as your guide. Make sure not to leave the straightening iron in one spot for more than 3 seconds. To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
