Try On This Hairstyle
This is such a simple hairstyle for you to do at home and yet it packs a great punch. You can see how gorgeous Jennifer Garner Brown looks and we are living for it! Firstly, the side part allows her hair to frame her face and neck area well. The hair behind her ear opens up this look which is lovely and allows her to show off her earrings. Due to the way in which the hair falls, glasses will not suit this look. The subtle curls give the look life as well as bounce and movement. You are going to need to apply hairspray to your curls to lock in the curls and keep flyaway hairs from forming. Keep in mind, curls do drop during the day. If you want tight curls at the end of the day, curl your hair tightly in the morning so that by the end of the day, you still have waves in your hair. You are going to need to cut your hair once every 4 weeks or so to ensure that the ends stay healthy.
When it comes to your makeup application, you can keep it simple. Use golds and browns on your eyes. Apply a light application of eyeliner but do not do it too dark, because your eyes will sink in. You can use a pastel or nude lip color as Jen did. If you want, you can do a more bold color on your lips. Finish off your look by highlighting and contouring your face and neck area to create the illusion of a perfect oval face shape and you are ready for your day out with your friends.

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your left eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even left part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.
2. Curl Mid-lengths and Ends with a Curling Iron
Take a small section of hair and place the ends at the base of your curling iron barrel and then wrap the hair up around the barrel until you reach your mid-lengths. Hold the hair for 5 to 10 seconds and then release the hair by unwinding the strands backwards.
3. Style Side Behind Ear Using Gel
Apply a small amount of gel to your fingertips, then place it at the roots above your ear and drag it through as you pull your hair behind your ear.
To finish, evenly mist gel spray around the top, sides and back to create a lasting style.
