This glossy red mane is left out to fall over the shoulders for a simple low-fuss look and feel. The top is parted down the middle making this a perfect casual style to frame a round face for any occasion. Product is needed to tame fly-away hair and regular trims every 4-6 weeks will help prevent split ends.

Ashley Tisdale looks trendy and chic here in a ravishing red bob. This bob has been grown out past her shoulders and center-parted to create a simple but fashion-forward hairstyle. Ashley has an oval face shape and close-set eyes, along with a high forehead. This makes her suited to plain hairstyles that don’t overwhelm her facial features. The center part is ideal for her straight hairline and high forehead, while the waves give this hairstyle extra body and bounce all over.

Ashley has ventured away from her signature blonde hair and has chosen a copper red color shade here instead. This orange-red hair color goes well with her warm complexion and amber eyes. No highlights are needed as this vibrant red shade looks bright and glossy enough on its own.

Styling Steps

1. Apply Mousse

Apply styling mousse to damp hair, using your palm as a measuring guide, and evenly distribute it along the hair shaft. Styling mousse will add hold and can help achieve better results.

2. Part the Middle

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your nose and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even middle part. A middle part is a great way to make small, round face shapes appear longer and thinner.

3. Use a Blow-dryer and Fingers to Dry Your Hair Off

Using your blow-dryer, dry your hair using your fingers, separating the hair and allowing it to dry at the roots first then the mid lengths and then the ends. Making sure the roots are dry first will ensure that your hairstyle does not fall flat.

4. Apply Smoothing Shine

Apply a very small amount of smoothing shine to the palms of your hands and then run it through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Be careful not to add any to the roots or a large amount to any section of the hair as smoothing shine can be very heavy on the hair, weighing it down and making it appear oily.

5. Apply Hairspray

To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
