Description

Loose and low-fuss is the main aim for this hairstyle. These locks are worn over the shoulders showing off the soft movement through the mid-lengths to ends that gives this style body making it great to frame a long face. Product is needed to tame fly-away hair and regular trims will help prevent split ends.

Aracely Arambula smoulders here in a sexy teased ‘do that is sure to turn heads. She has jazzed up her medium length layered bob with some loose waves and teasing throughout to add body and volume. Aracely has an oval shaped face which suits this ‘do nicely. The side swept fringe is a nice touch that gives her locks a sexy finish. This hairstyle is perfect for a night out on the town.

Aracely is working an ombre color here, which looks great with her tanned, warm complexion. Her roots are a warm golden brown shade that eventually turns into a light blonde tone at the tips. Highlights and the bayalage method have been used for a natural fade-out effect. This hair color will work on any warm or golden-based skin tone, and will bring out both light and dark eyes nicely.

Aracely Arambula is a Mexican actress, model and singer.

Styling Steps

1. Apply Moisturizer

Moisturizer

Apply a small amount of hair moisturizer to the palm of your hand and distribute it evenly through the mid-lengths and the ends. Moisturizer will help your hair to maintain good condition and protect your strands from heat as you style.

2. Part to the Left

Partleft

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your left eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even left part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.

3. Blow-dry Bangs Forward to the Right

Bangsforwardrightbdry

When blow-drying your bangs to the side, section your hair up and clip your hair back to leave only your bangs out. Remember to make sure that your bangs are damp to make blow-drying more effective. Next, take your brush and place it underneath the hair and then blow-dry starting from the roots, adding tension to the hair as you go. Slowly pull your section down to the ends and continue until dry.

4. Use a Blow-dryer and Fingers to Dry Your Hair Off

Dryoff

Using your blow-dryer, dry your hair using your fingers, separating the hair and allowing it to dry at the roots first then the mid lengths and then the ends. Making sure the roots are dry first will ensure that your hairstyle does not fall flat.

5. Piece the Ends Using Wax

Apply a small amount of wax to your fingertips and then lightly piece and pinch the ends of your hair.

6. Apply Smoothing Shine

Smoothingshinefinishing

Apply a very small amount of smoothing shine to the palms of your hands and then run it through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Be careful not to add any to the roots or a large amount to any section of the hair as smoothing shine can be very heavy on the hair, weighing it down and making it appear oily.

7. Apply Hairspray

Hairsprayfinishing

To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
