Description
Nicky Hilton looks drop dead gorgeous with this hairstyle. We love this hairstyle because it is easy to style and looks natural. The hair behind her ear helps to shape her face and create an illusion of the perfect oval face shape. Due to the way that her bangs fall on one side of her face, glasses will not suit this look. You are going to need to cut your hair once every 6 weeks or so to ensure that your ends stay healthy and the look stays in shape. Add a bit of product to your hair to ensure that you do not have frizzy hair throughout the day.
Makeup-wise, you are going to want to keep your makeup subtle and more natural. Stick to your brown and gold palettes. If you go out, you can then do a smokey eye with this look. Do not forget to highlight and contour your face and neck area to help shape your face. To finish this look off, you could add a bold lip.

Styling Steps
Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your left eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even left part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.
2. Blow-dry Bangs Forward to the Left
To blow-dry your bangs to the side, clip the back and side sections up, leaving just your bangs out. Place your brush beneath your bangs, holding your hair to the side and remembering to hold the tension between your hair and brush. With your blow-dryer on a low setting, apply heat by starting at the roots and make sure to stretch your hair out to the ends. Repeat until your hair is dry.
3. Blow-dry Straight Back
Using your brush, blow-dry in small sections starting from the nape/back. Tilting your head forward, place the brush an inch below the roots to hold them taut and aim the dryer above the brush for a few seconds before continuing to the ends.
4. Blow-dry Straight on the Sides
Using your brush, blow-dry in small sections starting from the sides. Tilting your head forward, place the brush an inch below the roots to hold them taut and aim the dryer above the brush for a few seconds before continuing to the ends. Repeat this step on a new section directly above the dry one.
Apply a small amount of wax to your fingertips, then place it at the roots above your ear and drag it through as you pull your hair behind your ear.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
