Anne Hathaway is always such a dream. She is always smiling and having fun and her hairstyle shows that side of her as well. Her hair has been parted to the side which is nice because it helps to frame her face as well as give her hair some much-needed movement. The subtle highlights are also nice because they look natural and add some color to her hair, which is different. There are subtle waves in her hair as well which give this look movement and bounce and is so easy to style at home. All you need to do is add some hairspray to your hair to lock in the hairstyle and you are good to go.
You are going to need to cut your hair once every 4 weeks or so to ensure that your hair stays healthy and that the color sticks well to your hair. If you are going to add the highlights as well, you will want to touch up your color once every 6 weeks or so to ensure that the color stays vibrant and fresh.
When it comes to your makeup application, you can do a casual makeup application with your browns and golds to keep it looking natural. Finish off the look with a pastel lip color and you are ready to take on your day.

To blow-dry your bangs you will need to take your brush and firstly make sure the section is no wider than the diameter of the brush. Next, place your brush on top of your head and under your section. Using your blow-dryer on a medium setting, blow-dry your hair from the roots, slowly working your way to the ends. Make sure to keep the blow-dryer in front of the brush at all times. Continue this step until the bangs are completely dry.
3. Blow-dry the Top Section Back

4. Blow-dry Straight Back
Using your brush, blow-dry in small sections starting from the nape/back. Tilting your head forward, place the brush an inch below the roots to hold them taut and aim the dryer above the brush for a few seconds before continuing to the ends.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
