Same Haircut Different Color for Medium Length Bobs

by Paola Fioramonte (TheHairStyler.com)

Have you ever wondered what your new 'do would look like colored in different ways? With so many color choices, it's easy to be overwhelmed and a little anxious about changing your hair color as it may not turn out the way you hoped.

At TheHairStyler.com, we hope to make your choice a little bit easier by showing you how simple it is to see what the same haircut would look like in all different colors.

This month we have chosen to look at a medium texture, medium length bob to give you a better understanding about what kind of impact color choice makes to your cut.

The Cut: Medium Length Bob

This is a soft smooth bob that is easy to re-create and features long jagged bangs which have been swept over to one side. This style would be perfect for medium to fine hair types and no layering is needed. The side sections have been blunt cut to the neck for a solid look and the back section has also been blunt cut for a clean finish.

Blonde

This very warm honey blonde color has been teamed with a soft copper/brown two tone effect. These tones specifically work well on fair to light and peaches and cream complexions.

Copper Blonde

This fun copper blonde tone is not for the faint hearted and will need a lot of maintenance as it will fade out quite quickly. This color will suit peaches and cream complexions best.

Ruby Red

This is the perfect tone if you love to stand out in a crowd. The color is high maintenance and will fade out, but is worth the effort. Olive, brown and dark complexions will suit this color best.

Caramel Brown

This cool brown will give this haircut a healthy shine throughout, and the dark tones will look best on warm skin tones, such as olive and dark complexions.
