Upcurl Hairstyles

TheHairStyler.com Hair Feature
By Angela Fiorenza, THS Hair Consultant

Curling long or a mid-length hair into an up-style is the sensible option for a wedding. Wearing hair off your neck not only looks stylish but also very elegant.

Choose the right hairdresser and take a photo or a picture of your dress to your first hair consultation. Also ask your hairdresser advice on hairstyles and accessories. Hairdressers are working with modern twists all over the hair leaving hair out on the ends to separate and curl.

If you have a Straight Hairstyle, be prepared because your hairdresser will want you to arrive early in the morning or the day before.

Wash your hair the night before the wedding rather than on the day, since just-washed hair can be harder to work with.

Hot rollers, triple barrel irons or curling irons can work wonders, but each will create a different curl and a different look. Allow up to 1-2 hours for your hair to curl.

If you have a Wavy or Curly Hairstyle you can diffuse dry your hair or let your gorgeous waves dry naturally whether you have fine, medium or coarse texture.

Plan your wedding day - make it special!
