Can I cancel my membership? How do I cancel?
You can cancel your membership at anytime by following these steps:
1. Go to the My Account menu and choose the Edit My Profile option.
2. From there, scroll down to the Membership Activation section and click on the Deactivate My Account link.
3. Press Ok to confirm.
You will then be logged out of the site. If you wish to re-activate your account at anytime, please contact our friendly customer service department via email.
Please note that cancelling your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
If you wish to apply for a refund under our 7 day money back guarantee, please send an email to email@example.com with specific details about why you would like your membership cancelled and refunded (this information is required for assistance and for feedback purposes) within the first 7 days of your membership period. Any request received outside of this 7 day limit will not be refunded.
