I'm having trouble adding/uploading my photo. What do I do?
The following are some common photo upload issues and suggestions for correcting them:
- I'm told my photo is too large
If you cannot upload your photo because it is too large then please click here for an FAQ which will advise you on how to reduce your photo size.
- My photo is in the wrong format
For a photo to be uploaded it must be in either a JPG or PNG format. If you cannot save your photo in a JPG or PNG format then please email your photo to our customer service department along with your registered email address and your photo will be converted and uploaded to your account for you.
- I'm told my account needs to be upgraded
If you are told that your account needs to be upgraded then please make sure that you are a premium member and that you are logged into your account and not viewing the demo Virtual Hairstyler. If you are logged in and a premium member then it's likely that your internet browser is loading an old page and you may need to clear your browser's cache. For instructions about clearing your cache, please click here.
If you are still told that you need to upgrade after clearing your cache then please contact our customer service department via email.
- I cannot see the Add button
If you cannot see the Add button because the left side of the screen is not visible on your computer then you will need to adjust your monitor settings. The web pages are designed for a monitor resolution of 1024 x 768.
Please also ensure that your browser is zoomed out. Find the view option in your browser and reset any settings, or reset your browser by clicking on the "View", "Zoom", "Reset" options or by holding down the "Crtl" key on your keyboard and then pressing the "0" (zero) key.
