Lance Bass Short Straight Dark Blonde Hairstyle

Added: 11 Nov 2010
This was a wild look for Lance Bass at the 7th Annual Stuart House Benefit. The back and sides of his style were shaved short with a number 2 clipper guard, and the top layers were jagged cut to create the Mohawk look and shape. Highlights were added to the top of his style to create a funky and fun finish.

step 1

Apply some wax to your fingertips and then pull through the ends of your hair in a downward motion to achieve a sculptured look. Pinch clumps of hair in different directions for a messier result.

step 2

Using a small amount of wax, work it through the mid-lengths and ends in a downward, pinching motion. For added texture, apply more pinching and more wax.

step 3

Apply wax to your fingertips, then grab a small section of hair and rub the wax in before twisting and pulling your hair upwards. Repeat in each new section. For longer lasting spikes use a generous amount of hard wax.

step 4

To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
