Bianca Lawson Long Wavy Black Hairstyle

Added: 03 Oct 2016
Large curls are dressed through the lengths and ends of these jet black locks to give the hairstyle movement and bounce. This 'do is easy to re-create at home with the right tools and needs a product to tame fly-away hair. Regular trims are needed to prevent split ends.

Bianca Lawson looks lovely here in glamorous long locks. Having an oval face shape and high, rounded hairline, her face looks best in ‘dos with a grown out fringe and longer layers around the face. This long curled 'do creates a nice frame for her face and allows her hair’s natural texture to do its thing, adding body and bounce all over. This cut also highlights her strong cheekbones thanks to the deep side part that allows the front layers to drape nicely around her cheekbones while the rest of the layers fall past her shoulders. This hairstyle is ideal for ladies with thick tresses that have natural curl or wave in them.

Bianca has a cool, medium-fair complexion with golden undertones and dark eyes. Her natural hair color is black, which is ideal for her although she could pull off rich brown and caramel shades if she wanted to lighten her locks up. The rich obsidian shade she is wearing here is great for her complexion and it brings out the intensity of her eye color.

Bianca Lawson is an American film and television actress. She is perhaps best known for her regular roles in the television series Saved by the Bell: The New Class, Goode Behavior, Pretty Little Liars, and Rogue

step 1

Squeeze a small amount of straightening balm into your palms and then rub your hands together before smoothing the product evenly through damp hair.

step 2

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your right eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even right part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.

step 3

Using your brush, blow-dry in small sections starting from the nape/back. Tilting your head forward, place the brush an inch below the roots to hold them taut and aim the dryer above the brush for a few seconds before continuing to the ends.

step 4

Using your brush, blow-dry in small sections starting from the sides. Tilting your head forward, place the brush an inch below the roots to hold them taut and aim the dryer above the brush for a few seconds before continuing to the ends. Repeat this step on a new section directly above the dry one.

step 5

To blow-dry the crown/top sections, take a section of hair no bigger than the diameter of the brush and blow-dry the hair placing the brush under the section of hair. With your blow-dryer in front of the brush, follow the brush in an upwards direction at the roots and an outwards position at the ends for volume and softness. Continue until the section is dry.

step 6

Take a section of hair no wider than the diameter of the velcro roller and comb it through to ensure there are no knots. Place the roller at the ends of the section of hair, being sure to smooth the ends under, and then twist the roller down the hair shaft to the roots. Continue applying the velcro rollers all the way through the entire hair for a full volume finish throughout the sides. Keep the rollers in your hair for approximately 20 minutes.

step 7

Using a small amount of moulding cream, work it through the mid-lengths and ends in a downward motion. For added texture, pinch the ends as you go sparingly.
