Julie looked perfect at the CBS Summer Press Tour with this great hairstyle. Her length was jagged cut and thinned out to create these flicked, textured edges and her top and sides were jagged layered to add height to her crown and shape around her face. Long side swept bangs were also cut to create a soft look around her face.
