Jeannine Kaspar Short Wavy Light Blonde Bob Haircut

Added: 04 Oct 2015
This short bob is jagged cut to sit at the jaw-line with subtle waves added to the sides and back for a soft and simple look and feel. This casual hairstyle is best suited to frame a long face and needs a little product to tame fly-away hair. Regular trims is needed to maintain this shape.

Jeannine Kaspar goes for a head-turning platinum blonde ‘do here. This hairstyle has an Old Hollywood vintage feel to it and is a great way to liven up a chin length bob. Jeannine has an oval face shape and large features which looks fabulous with this wavy bob. The side part works well with her low forehead and arched hairline, while the blunt ends compliment her oval face shape.

Matching the Twenties era vibe is Jeannine’s color. This platinum blonde tone was hugely popular in those days and continues to be a top hair color choice today. Jeannine has an ivory skin tone with dark eyes and eyebrows, which make a striking contrast with her white blonde locks. Her tresses have a touch of gold throughout the ends as well, which gives her color a warmer tone and ensures that it doesn’t wash her complexion out.

Jeannine Kaspar is an American actress who got her big break starring in the movie Freeheld in 2015.

step 1

Apply styling mousse to damp hair, using your palm as a measuring guide, and evenly distribute it along the hair shaft. Styling mousse will add hold and can help achieve better results.

step 2

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your right eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even right part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.

step 3

Take the entire back section of your hair, and then starting from the crown, take a smaller section of hair no wider than the diameter of the hot roller and comb it through to ensure there are no knots. Place the roller at the ends of the section of hair, being sure to smooth the ends under, and then twist the roller down the hair shaft until it meets your head and then secure it in place with a pin or clip. Repeat this step until you have reached the nape of your neck and the entire back section of your hair is completed. Keep the rollers in your hair until they cool.

step 4

Take a section of hair no wider than the diameter of the hot roller and comb it through to ensure there are no knots. Place the roller at the ends of the section of hair, being sure to smooth the ends under, and then twist the roller vertically, making sure to roll it backwards, along the hair shaft to the roots and secure it with a pin or clip. Keep the rollers in your hair until they cool.

step 5

Apply a very small amount of smoothing shine to the palms of your hands and then run it through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Be careful not to add any to the roots or a large amount to any section of the hair as smoothing shine can be very heavy on the hair, weighing it down and making it appear oily.

step 6

To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
