Looking to upgrade your hairstyle? We have the perfect look for you! This short straight black ash hairstyle is perfect for girls who want to try out a new look. It is a stylish short hairstyle and is perfect for a night on the town or a sumptuous occasion. The straight bangs are smoothed out, pushed back, and swept to the side with a wavy layered cut for volume and movement.
Our model is wearing a beautiful short hairstyle with a wispy finish. She's also wearing a black top with a combination of white large pearl necklace, which compliments perfectly her smudge eyeliner! This fabulous look is cut short to contour the head. The back and side layers are jagged cut to create a wispy finish to the edges, while the top layers are textured to add height and shape. This short hairstyle is suitable for women with oval, oblong, square, or diamond face shapes, thin to medium density hair, and fine to medium hair texture. It is a great option for those who want to transition from the classic look of black to an up-to-date, modern style.
This hairstyle has a natural, straight look that's great for all hair types, especially those with thick or wavy/curly textures. You can also maintain this elegant hairstyle with regular trims after four to six weeks, depending on your hair growth. Use your fingers to direct your hair into place and allow your products to dry naturally.

Apply some moulding cream to your fingertips and then pull it through the ends of your hair in a downward motion to achieve a textured look.
Using a small amount of moulding cream, work it through the mid-lengths and ends in a downward motion. For added texture, pinch the ends as you go sparingly.
Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your right eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even right part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.
Apply moulding cream to your fingertips then gently rake through your bangs, sweeping the hair to the right as you go. Be careful not to use too much product as it can become sticky and clumpy.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
