Kristen Bell Medium Straight Bob Hairstyle - Light Blonde (Golden)
Kristen Bell goes for a chic and simple look here with this voluminous blonde bob. Kristen has a square face shape with a high forehead which a square hairline which works well with a bob. A full-on fringe or side-swept bangs would look stellar with this ‘do, but Kristen’s center part and grown out bangs look great and frame her face nicely. She has a thick hair texture and the blunt ends with layering creates the appearance of even thicker, healthier hair. This hairstyle also works well with her delicate facial features that are enhanced with this face-framing bob.
Kristen has blue eyes and a fair cool complexion with pink undertones. This means that she is suited to blonde hair that has a beige, wheat or ash base best. Here, she goes for an warm wheat tone that makes her eye color pop and brightens up her complexion, while giving her skin a sun-kissed finish.
Kristen Bell is an American actress and singer. Born in Detroit, she began her acting career by starring in stage productions and attended the Tisch School of Arts in New York.

1 . Comb Hair
Comb your hair into the desired direction that you require for styling.
2 . Apply Gel Spray to Roots
Hold the gel spray no closer than 3 inches from your hair and then evenly mist the gel spray into the roots to create a stronger hold style. Gel spray will hold well and will not look wet or weigh the hair down. Using your gel spray in this fashion will create added hold and a longer lasting style.
3 . Part the Middle
Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your nose and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even middle part. A middle part is a great way to make small, round face shapes appear longer and thinner.
4 . Use a Medium Radial Brush
A medium radial brush is used on medium to long hair types to smooth out wavy or curly hair textures or to add body to straight hair. When selecting a radial brush, always use one with a pure bristle as this will not tear or damage the hair.
5 . Use a Blow-dryer to Kick Out the Back
Starting at the nape/back of the hair, place your brush on top of the section and blow-dryer down starting from the roots and using tension as you go. Next, place the blow-dryer underneath the hair and continue to blow-dry the ends out. Make sure to follow the brush with the blow-dryer in an outwards direction. If you like fuller flicks, hold the ends out and roll them up into the brush and apply the heat for longer.
6 . Use a Blow-dryer to Kick Out the Sides
To blow-dry the sides, take out your first sections from the front and clip the rest of the hair up. Place your brush on top of the section, and starting from the roots, blow-dry down using tension as you go. Next, place the blow-dryer underneath the hair and continue to blow-dry the ends out. Continue this step until the hair is dry.
7 . Blow-dry the Crown
To blow-dry the crown/top sections, take a section of hair no bigger than the diameter of the brush and blow-dry the hair placing the brush under the section of hair. With your blow-dryer in front of the brush, follow the brush in an upwards direction at the roots and an outwards position at the ends for volume and softness. Continue until the section is dry.
8 . Apply Smoothing Shine
Apply a very small amount of smoothing shine to the palms of your hands and then run it through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Be careful not to add any to the roots or a large amount to any section of the hair as smoothing shine can be very heavy on the hair, weighing it down and making it appear oily.
9 . Lift Roots Using Gel
Apply some gel to your fingertips and then rub it into your roots while lifting your strands for added body.
10 . Apply Hairspray
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
