Description

(Added: 13th January 2017 )
The lengths and ends of this look are jagged cut to achieve a casual textured style making it a perfect low-fuss style to frame a heart shaped face. The bangs are layered to frame the eyes and completes the over-all style brilliantly.

Halle Berry loves to experiment with her hairstyles often. Thanks to her heart shaped face and gorgeous bone structure, she can pull off a wide variety of styles with ease, and her latest ‘do is no exception. Halle has gone for a layered shag look here with this cut that makes the most of her thick hair texture. The jagged cut ends give her locks lots of movement, while the long layered fringe brings the focus to the eye area. This ‘do would look great worn stick straight, but for extra edge, Halle has let her natural wave come through for a voluminous finish.

Halle has a warm complexion and dark brown eyes. While she could pull off lighter caramel and golden brown and blonde tones well, she looks best in darker shades that are close to her natural color and compliment her eyes. Here, she goes for an chocolate brown tone with caramel highlights that warm up her complexion nicely. This rich tone also gives her strands a healthy looking finish and glossy look.

Halle Berry is an American actress, film producer, and former fashion model. She won an Academy Award for Best Actress in 2002 for her performance in the romantic drama Monster's Ball.

Styling Steps

Gelspraytop
1 . Apply Gel Spray

Evenly mist gel spray around the top and sides to create a soft hold style. Gel spray will hold well and will not look wet or weigh the hair down.

Partmiddle
2 . Part the Middle

Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your nose and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even middle part. A middle part is a great way to make small, round face shapes appear longer and thinner.

Brushmedium
3 . Use a Medium Radial Brush

A medium radial brush is used on medium to long hair types to smooth out wavy or curly hair textures or to add body to straight hair. When selecting a radial brush, always use one with a pure bristle as this will not tear or damage the hair.

Bangsforwardbdry
4 . Blow-dry Bangs Forward

When blow-drying your bangs forward, clip your hair back leaving only your bangs out. Position your bangs evenly in your brush, taking the hair in a forward direction. Blow-dry from roots to ends, keeping the tension consistent, and evenly distribute heat over the whole section of hair that you are working on. Repeat until the hair is dry. This will stop any frizz that may occur.

Diffuse
5 . Use a Diffuser, Fingers and a Blow-dryer

Tip your head upside down and move the diffuser up to the ends, motioning the diffuser to the scalp in circular movements. Make sure the blow-dryer speed is on low and try not to completely dry the hair off. Leaving a little bit of moisture will allow the hair to dry naturally.

Bangsforward
6 . Style Bangs Forward Using Moulding Cream

Apply a small amount of moulding cream to your fingertips and then using your fingers, rake through your bangs to the ends for hold and texture.

Sidesmessy
7 . Style Sides Messy Using Moulding Cream

Apply moulding cream to your sides using your fingertips and mess the hair in a circular motion, piecing the ends out as you go and as messy as you like. For a softer hold, use only a small amount of moulding cream.

Backmessy
8 . Style the Back Messy Using Moulding Cream

Apply moulding cream to your palms and then roughly rub the moulding cream into back of your style. For a messier finish use circular hand movements.
