Actress Alba Rohrwacher has graced the covers of many fashion magazines in her native Italy, showcasing her unique style and eccentric beauty. Not only is Alba a fantastic actress, she is now gaining attention for her daring hairstyles and fresh approach to modern beauty- as seen in this photo.
To start, Alba is
rocking a two-toned flipped hairstyle. The brown under layers have been shaved close to the head while the longer layers on top have been dyed a light wheat blonde shade for a dramatic contrast. A few waves have been added to the ends to give it some softness. Compared to all of the long wavy hair we see on the red carpet, this hairstyle is a breath of fresh air. This two tone hairstyle is clipper cut on one side and layered all through the back and opposite side to achieve an asymmetric style that is great for the bold and brave. This 'do will need regular trims every 4--6 weeks to maintain style.
When it comes to makeup, it's no secret that Alba is all about the natural look. However, that doesn't mean that she is makeup-free (in this photo anyways). Alba has perfected her base with a sheer foundation and gorgeous highlighter above the eyelids and on the apples of the cheeks. Her eyes are bare, and her eyebrows are un-groomed... yet it still works. Her lips and cheeks have a dewy ethereal glow, and just a hint of soft pink color.
Alba has cleverly paired up an angelic makeup look with an edgy hairstyle- that's true Italian style!

Apply a small amount of hair moisturizer to the palm of your hand and distribute it evenly through the mid-lengths and the ends. Moisturizer will help your hair to maintain good condition and protect your strands from heat as you style.
Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your left eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even left part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.
Using your blow-dryer, dry your hair using your fingers, separating the hair and allowing it to dry at the roots first then the mid lengths and then the ends. Making sure the roots are dry first will ensure that your hairstyle does not fall flat.
Apply a small amount of wax to your fingertips and then lightly piece and pinch the ends of your hair.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
