Celebrity Hair Styles Spotlight: Sandra Bullock
By Kate on 9 March 2010
With all the exposure that celebrities receive it's not surprising to learn that they are great sources of inspiration when it comes to finding new hair styles. To help you get inspired to find a new look, we've shone our celebrity hair styles spotlight on Sandra Bullock!
After securing an Oscar for best supporting actress at the 2010 Academy Awards for The Blind Side (and a Razzie for worst actress in All About Steve), there's no doubt that the career of Sandra Bullock is at an all time high.
One of the most popular actresses to ever hit the big screen, she's had her share of fabulous hair styles too, and here are some of our favorite looks:
This simple yet stunning style was Sandra's look for the 2010 People's Choice Award and her Oscar win. It's perfect for those after something low-fuss or those with a round face shape.
This easy-to-maintain mid-length hair style was worn by Sandra at the premiere of her movie, The Lake House and suited her perfectly. The copper tones complimented her complexion and the subtle layers added around her face created softness.
This style is suitable for medium to thick hair types and will be an easy style to re-create in naturally straight hair.
For the 2006 Oscars, Sandra pulled her curly hair into an elegant upstyle. The light brown hair color was a youthful choice, and pulling her hair back allowed Sandra to show off her beautiful facial features.
Mixing light brown highlights with a dark brown base color really gave some pop to this flicked hairstyle. Sandra completed this look with some fantastic side-swept bangs which also drew some very nice attention to her eyes.
This hair style will compliment square face shapes and the length will suit medium hair types.
