The lovely layers and maximum height throughout the top of her hairstyle ensured that her whole style sat beautifully to frame her face. This hairdo is a great option for those after a look to try at a big celebration.

Renee looked great at the New York Premiere of "Bee Movie" with her short 'do. Her back section was cut short and close to her neck to allow all the attention to focus on her front section, which was left longer and sliced to add a wispy effect around her slender oval face. This style will work best on medium to fine hair types and naturally straight hair. Keeping this style maintained will be relatively easy to achieve.

Ana's hair length was solid cut, but the real feature of her style was the graduated layers which were flicked out softly to show them off completely and to add volume to her top and side sections.

This was quite a style for Meg at the International Women's Media Foundation Courage Awards. Her length was kept extremely long and soft long layers were cut around her face to add shape. This hairstyle will work well on medium to thick hair types.

This was a very nice hairdo for Eduardo at the New York Premiere of "Bella". His back and sides were cut short for a neat finish around the edges, and his top section featured a longer length which was worn flat while wispy ends sat on his forehead. This style will be very easy to achieve with a bit of wax.

This was a lovely style and great choice of colour for Rachel at the Murakami Exhibition. To achieve this wavy style, long shaped layers were added around her top and sides to give her 'do volume and more shape around the face. This style is a little high maintenance because creating these sorts of waves is a little tricky, but it is well worth the effort. This hairstyle will work well on medium to thick hair types and longer face shapes.

This short and spiky style was a funky look for Emme at the Redbook Heroes Strength and Spirit Awards. A bit of height was added through the top of her style to attract attention and to give her a great finish. This is a good hairstyling option for those with fine textured hair as they will find the look very easy to style.
